Keep calm and exercise with Chodakowska!



Today I will tell you something about Ewa Chodakowska :D

She is amazing – really!

I “like” her profile on Facebook and every day I receive a notification about the new posts. 

What does she do for the others?

She shows us what we have to eat in order to be healthy. She gives us a lot of recipes which are easy to be prepared . When you hear the question: What’s for dinner? You can surprise your husband! She helps us to find the products which are healthier than others but which are not more expensive!!! For example, brown rice is better than white, normal rice. She explains why is so important to keep a healthy diet and what are the rules of this game J She convinces we don’t have to change our life in one day – we can introduce the changes step by step. 

Once more, she introduces a lot of exercise sets just for free, just for us! We don’t need to pay – we can find her exercise sets on youtube and on her facebook. We can buy also her books but they are so cheap! 

In addition, she motivates all of us who want to lose weight or who want to keep a healthy diet. It is so important because in our life we have to fight for ourselves, for our dreams and for our destinations!

It does not supprise me!

Spring is the time of fruits and vegetables! The cheesburgers can wait for you till december!

You are ashamed of your bellies when you are on the beach?
You had better not ate these cheesburgers!
